Your use of this site or purchase from S.O.D (Supply on Demand) Group indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. S.O.D (Supply on Demand) Group reserves the rights to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Delivery
S.O.D (Supply on Demand) Group delivers to Australia only. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense. The title of goods and risk of loss passes onto the purchaser upon delivery of the goods to the purchaser. You must inspect the goods immediately and report any damage or incorrect supply within 36 hours of delivery, otherwise we may refuse any claim you make. S.O.D (Supply on Demand) Group owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error. If an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion upon investigation. All delivery times are estimates only and are subject to stock availability. We try our best to deliver on time. Customers will be responsible for any re-delivery charges that may occur if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. S.O.D (Supply on Demand) Group cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by late or lost shipments.

Pricing
All our prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Our prices reflect the competitive nature of the industry for the goods and are subject to change without notice. S.O.D (Supply on Demand) Group reserves the rights to make adjustments to all prices, products and offers due to manufacturer price changes, change in market condition, currency fluctuations, technical errors, product discontinuation, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. You will be informed as soon as possible of any price changes to your order. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

Cancellations
S.O.D (Supply on Demand) Group reserves the rights to cancel any orders, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment already been made at our sole discretion. In the case that your order has been cancelled and payment been made, you will be notified immediately and refunded the full amount paid for. We will inform you as soon as possible of any order cancellations. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

Returns & Refunds
S.O.D (Supply on Demand) Group's money back guarantee policy on any purchase is applicable only within acceptable reason. If you are not satisfied with any of our products please contact our sales department within 5 business days and we will refund or credit the amount of the item(s) back. We do not refund or allow returns for incorrect choice or if you simply changed your mind.
